I happened across this large, old cantilever bridge in Massena in May, 1999. I haven't walked across many cantilevers, but this one was quite bouncy at mid-span as traffic sped across. The bounce was about the same type of motion you would expect from a similarly-sized suspension bridge. The bridge has since been dismantled (2001).
