I've seen this bridge referred to by several names including "Cincinnati and Covington Suspension Bridge", "Cincinnati Suspension Bridge", "The Suspension Bridge", "Roebling Suspension Bridge", etc. First completed in 1867, its appearance was drastically changed during the 1890's. Steel cables were added to assist the original iron cables. Also the original stiffenening truss was replaced with the current, more cumbersome-looking, steel (baby-blue colored) truss. I've included a photograph of the original bridge for comparison.
