Patrick shiveringly writes: "This is the coldest bridge visit I've ever done. My hands ached for 20 minutes after getting back into the car. I think I remember the gauges within the gift shop atop the mountain having readings of temps in the teens and winds at a steady 30 mph. It was brutal."
