Mike writes: "The bridge itself is called the 'NELLE'. Named after my late daughter Janelle N. Neering 1990-2007. The property (60 acres) the bridge is located on is in Crawford County Michigan. The property has been in my family for the past 30 years. When acquired there was a man made lake, that divided the property, where a dam was situated on the east end to cross. The problem was this lake was 300 yards long, and to access the other side you had to take a good walk, which prompted the idea for the bridge."
The bridge was completed in 2022 and is located on private property. It is 100 feet long with a 3-foot width.
