This is one of the more intriguing mystery images I (David) have seen. Jochem notes the reverse says "NY or NJ" indicating a possible location in New York or New Jersey. Was this a test structure? Relocated here? Pending relocation elsewhere? The main cables are eyebars and this bridge definitely does not resemble any of the known eyebar suspension bridges of the US. I searched lists of all gothic churches of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and could not find a matching building.
