There are two Thousand Island suspension bridges separated by a few miles. The pictured bridge is at the southern end of Wellesley Island and is wholly within New York. The other bridge crosses from the northern end of Wellesley Island into Canada. Both are Steinman and Robinson bridges and resemble their Deer Isle bridge.
